1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through raxxo.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

RAXXO Studios is operated by Norman Meyer, Berlin, Germany.

2. Products

Physical products: Printed on demand by Printful. Product images are mockups. Actual colors may vary slightly.

Digital products: Delivered via download link. Personal license, single user. Do not redistribute or resell.

SaaS subscriptions: Billed monthly through Shopify. Cancel anytime through your account.

3. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. As a Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG, no VAT is charged separately.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, characters (including RAXXO and Lexxa), and content are property of RAXXO Studios.

Purchased merch is yours to wear and use. Content generated by RAXXO Studio is yours to post.

You may not resell artwork, use characters for your own brand, or redistribute digital products.

6. Liability

Products and services are provided as-is. I am not liable for damages arising from the use of digital products.

For print-on-demand products, the fulfillment partner handles production quality.
