Terms of Service.
For every order placed through raxxo.shop: merch, digital products and RAXXO Studio passes.
1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed through raxxo.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
I trade as RAXXO Studios, a sole proprietorship run by Norman Meyer in Berlin, Germany.
2. Products
Physical products: Printed on demand by Printful. Product images are mockups. Actual colours may vary slightly.
Digital products: Delivered via download link. The licence (personal or personal plus commercial) is stated on each product page and inside the download. Do not redistribute or resell the products themselves.
RAXXO Studio plans: A paid plan is a monthly subscription taken through Shopify checkout. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no notice period: cancel in your account at account.raxxo.shop and the plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free Spark tier. Already-paid months are not refunded pro rata.
3. Pricing
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. For orders inside Germany that is the German rate. For digital products sold to consumers elsewhere in the EU, VAT is charged at the rate of your country and declared through the One Stop Shop, so the rate on your invoice can differ from the German one. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout and on your invoice.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods shown at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, characters (including RAXXO and Lexxa), and content are property of RAXXO Studios.
Purchased merch is yours to wear and use. Content generated by RAXXO Studio is yours to post.
You may not resell artwork, use characters for your own brand, or redistribute digital products.
6. Liability
Products and services are provided as-is. I am not liable for damages arising from the use of digital products.
For print-on-demand products, the fulfilment partner handles production quality.
