I Spent 33 Days Configuring Claude Code. Then I Packaged It.
- day configuration process resulted in Claude Blueprint: a packaged solution with templates, commands, and structure for AI-assisted work.
- CLAUDE.md template provides pre-configured brand rules, decision frameworks, and behavioral guidelines that persist across Claude Code sessions.
- Four production commands (/repurpose, /brief, /trends, /weekly-debrief) automate content creation, research, and business reviews with platform-specific outputs.
- Structured debugging framework forces systematic problem-solving through Observe-Hypothesize-Test-Fix-Document phases instead of random troubleshooting attempts.
- Single install script setup takes 2 minutes and costs 33 EUR, eliminating repetitive configuration for one-person studios.
Claude Code is powerful. It's also a blank canvas. No default commands. No memory between sessions. No structure unless you build it yourself. I spent 33 days figuring out what works. Today I'm releasing the result as a product: Claude Blueprint.
The Problem
When you first install Claude Code, every session starts from zero. It doesn't know who you are, what you're building, what rules to follow, or what tools you have available. You repeat yourself constantly. Files end up in random places. The debugging process is chaotic. And the commands and skills that would save hours? You don't know they exist because there's no guide.
I ran into all of this while building RAXXO Studios. A Shopify store with 116 products. A Next.js SaaS app. An AI content pipeline producing daily shorts. A blog with 92 articles. All managed from one Claude Code environment.
The configuration that makes this work didn't happen overnight. It took 33 days of trial, error, broken workflows, and incremental fixes. Every rule in my CLAUDE.md exists because I got it wrong first.
What's in the Box
Blueprint is a ZIP file. One install script. 2 minutes to set up. Here's what's inside:
CLAUDE.md Template
This is the business OS. A structured template with sections for your brand, rules, decision framework, content voice, and behavioral guidelines. It loads automatically in every Claude Code session. Fill in your brand details and it works from day one.
The template isn't a blank file with a few headers. It's battle-tested structure from running a one-person studio with AI. Rules like "never use em dashes" or "currency format: 5 EUR not EUR 5" seem small until Claude gets them wrong in a client-facing document.
4 Production Commands
Slash commands that work immediately after install:
- /repurpose - Take one piece of content and turn it into 3 platform-native formats (LinkedIn, X, Instagram). Not generic rewrites. Each output follows the platform's conventions, character limits, and engagement patterns.
- /brief - Generate a content brief for any topic. Audience analysis, angle suggestions, CTA options, SEO keywords. Use it before writing anything.
- /trends - Scout trending topics and content gaps in your niche. Returns actionable angles, not just a list of keywords.
- /weekly-debrief - Friday business review. Summarizes wins, identifies gaps, sets priorities for next week. Run it once, get a structured debrief saved to your workspace.
Debugging Skill
A 5-phase structured framework that triggers automatically when you say "debug", "bug", or "fix this". Instead of Claude shotgunning random solutions, it follows a process: Observe, Hypothesize, Test, Fix, Document. The documentation step is what most people skip. Blueprint doesn't let you skip it.
Copywriting Rules Reference
A word swap table and content guidelines. Platform-specific formatting for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, blog posts, and email. The 3:1 value-to-sell ratio (jab jab jab right hook). Word choices that position your content as premium versus generic.
Interactive Dashboard
An HTML file you open in your browser. Searchable. All your installed tools, workflow chains, keyboard shortcuts, and a decision matrix that tells you which tool to use for any task. Customize the colors to match your brand.
Who It's For
Solo founders, developers, content creators, and anyone using Claude Code who's tired of configuring from scratch. If you've been using Claude Code for a week and still don't have a CLAUDE.md, you need this. If you've been using it for months and your setup is a mess of unorganized files, you need this.
It's not for teams (yet). It's for one person who wants their AI environment to remember who they are, follow their rules, and have useful commands ready to go.
What It's Not
It's not a course. There's no video series. No Slack community. No upsell to a premium tier. It's files. Install them, use them, customize them. The dashboard is your reference. The CLAUDE.md is your operating system. The commands are your shortcuts.
It's also not a replacement for learning Claude Code. You still need to understand what it does. Blueprint just gives you the structure so you're not starting from a blank terminal every time.
The Numbers
33 EUR. One-time purchase. No subscription. Instant download via email. Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows (WSL). Compatible with Claude Code CLI, Desktop App, VS Code, and JetBrains.
The install script checks for existing files and skips anything that already exists. It won't overwrite your current setup. It only adds what's missing.
Why I'm Selling It
Because configuration is invisible work. Nobody sees your CLAUDE.md. Nobody sees the 47 iterations it took to get your debugging workflow right. But everyone sees the output: faster shipping, fewer errors, consistent content.
I could write a blog post explaining all of this. But a blog post doesn't install commands for you. It doesn't create the folder structure. It doesn't give you the dashboard. And honestly, 33 days of configuration distilled into a 2-minute install is worth more than a tutorial.
